Included in your membership is access to download the Information Fact Sheet. This form will provide you a place to record all the identifying information you discover about your birth family. It also has places to keep notes. It is very important to keep notes on what you have tried, where you have already looked and things to remember. It is also highly suggested to print out what you find as you find it. Sometimes going back to try to retrace your steps is almost impossible and you lose track of where you found the certain piece of information.
